The space

A 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests, with a balcony looking out over open desert hills and city rooftops — the kind of view that earns its keep at sunset. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a glass coffee table, a wall-mounted TV, and AC, with sliding doors leading directly onto the balcony, where two rattan chairs and a side table are set up. The kitchen runs off the same open-plan space and is fully equipped for self-catering: stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, and hot water kettle, with ample cabinet storage and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you'd need. Both bedrooms have double beds, AC, curtains, and a bedside table each. The bathroom is shared between them — full grey-tile walls, pedestal sink, toilet, and a shelf stocked with fresh towels. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, iron, and clothing storage are all included. There's a dedicated workspace in the apartment and free parking on the premises. The building has a private entrance with a lit entrance corridor. Security cameras are in shared/exterior areas only, not inside the apartment.

Hôte incroyable ! Appartement très propre, confortable et idéalement situé. Communication parfaite : Ahmed est réactif, disponible et très professionnel. Un immense merci à Khaled, toujours aux petits soins, d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité exceptionnelles. Il a vraiment fait la différence pendant notre séjour ! Le logement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Quartier calme et pratique. Mention spéciale : nous devions partir à 11h mais comme notre vol était à 17h, Ahmed nous a gentiment laissé rester toute la journée sans frais supplémentaires. Un geste rare et très apprécié ! Le combo logement + Khaled = parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci encore 🙏 Séjour sans aucun souci du début à la fin, tout était parfaitement organisé. Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité constante et service irréprochable. Une expérience que nous recommandons vivement !

房子挺适合一家人入住的，有大门和房门钥匙，周围都是住户区，比较安全。房间非常安静，有洗衣机和晾衣架，正好可以洗出海归来的衣服。还有热心友好的门卫Khaled帮助搬运行李，提供帮助，房东本人也很好沟通，非常感谢！浴室淋浴有点不好用，但也能用，希望以后可以改善。总体推荐。

民宿在居民区里，是新装修的，离家乐福超市和商场走路六七分钟，走出居民区马路对面就有海滩，30埃镑可以一直坐着，离gobus车站等车站打车十几分钟，离码头打车也方便，房东先生及管家非常好，管家帮我们把行李箱提上楼，房间有厨房，两室一厅一卫，适合多口之家入住，还配备了，吹风机和一次性马桶垫。适合早出晚归的游客住。

房屋很干净，有两个房间，一家人出行也完全够住，有空调和风扇，也有热水器，没有拖鞋需要自己带着。房东人非常好。附近有一家family fish restaurant 也很不错，性价比很高人均300埃镑。靠近海边，徒步可以到对面的star beach（门票30埃镑）。

Très bon séjour au sein du logement ! Il est situé dans une zone pas trop touristique mais des commerces sont accessibles à pied. Le logement se situe dans un nouveau quartier, encore en construction. Il est fidèle aux photos, les deux chambres sont appréciables ! My friend and I were very happy with this accommodation. The accommodation is furnished in a very modern and clean style. There's even a beautiful garden, which I haven't seen in other apartments in Egypt. Since the accommodation is at the end of a street, there was no noise disturbance, and we had peace and quiet and felt very private. No matter what, Ahmed always responded very quickly. He also helps and advises with any questions about the area. Ahmed and the caretaker, Mohamed, were always very friendly and accommodating.
