aneess(أنيس) is Arabic for “trusted companion”. Someone you rely on, who is there when you need them. That is the relationship we want with everyone who stays in our properties, and everyone who trusts us to manage theirs.
We started aneess after seeing the same problems from both sides of the short-term rental market. Guests booking apartments and finding something different than what they expected. Owners trying to self-manage and getting overwhelmed by the distance. Owners hiring local managers and getting no visibility into what was happening. Communication that went silent. Quality that varied from one stay to the next.
We built aneess to set a new standard for short-term rental management, starting in Egypt.
