We spent 13 days in this accommodation in Hurghada and were completely satisfied. The apartment is very well-maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – everything important is easily accessible.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ali and Hassan. Both are incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available. They took excellent care of everything and made sure we felt at home.
We particularly appreciated the privacy. You are neither disturbed nor feel watched – perfect for truly unwinding.

We were warmly welcomed by the property owner, who also helped us carry our luggage upstairs right away. Ali is a very friendly owner and was always there to help with advice and assistance! His German is really good and he explained everything perfectly when we arrived—we always had hot water, you just need to flip a switch and listen carefully during check-in! You can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset beautifully from the wonderful terrace. The sunset can also be admired nicely from the back terrace while in the hot tub! The bed is really comfortable and we slept very well. The apartment is well-equipped overall. Shopping or groceries are no problem—everything is quick and within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful accommodation with potential – especially the rooftop terrace and proximity to the main street are excellent. The on-site assistance was also very friendly.
Unfortunately, there were some clear drawbacks: non-functional WiFi, pool unusable, no trash bin, didn't receive the code for the key box, and only had warm water for showers on the last day. The address is difficult to find, which makes planning with taxis/tours unnecessarily complicated.
To be honest: the offered pickup service was extremely expensive (at least 10x more than Uber), which I don't think is fair to guests.
Bottom line: Good foundation, but there is room for improvement in organization, transparency, and amenities.

The studio was light and airy, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen with a huge private roof terrace and views over the mountains and some sea glimpses.
Walking distance to Madares Street, Sheraton Street and the marina but in a quiet area. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes away for essentials and we had food delivered with ease.
The owner lives onsite and was really enthusiastic without being intrusive, very welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help with issues and queries.
Appreciate this is a new listing and there are some adjustments to be made but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would very happily stay again or recommend to others.
