The space
A compact 1-bedroom apartment for up to 2 guests, with an open-plan living and kitchen area and a west-facing balcony that looks out over open desert terrain — unobstructed, and at its best when the sun drops behind the hills at dusk.
The living area has a sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted TV, with the kitchen running along one side in an L-shape. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering — stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, with granite countertops and ample cabinet storage above and below. A washing machine is in the bathroom hallway for longer stays.
The bedroom has a double bed, AC, a dressing table with mirror, and a bedside table — a straightforward, comfortable room. The bathroom is off the short hallway connecting the bedroom to the main living space, with a washing machine also in that utility area. AC runs in both the living room and the bedroom.
There's a dedicated workspace in the apartment, and the building has an elevator. Free parking is available on the premises.

Great Stay – Spacious Apartment with Breathtaking Sunsets!
I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped – the kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including a large refrigerator with freezer.
The bathroom is pleasantly spacious and the integrated washing machine was extremely convenient. The bed was also very comfortable, and the two air conditioning units worked perfectly and provided pleasant cooling.
However, the absolute highlight of the apartment is the balcony! From midday onwards, you do get direct sun, but the sunsets from there are simply priceless and an absolute dream. I can highly recommend this apartment!

Clean, peaceful apartment, away from the hustle and bustle of Hurghada's main streets but very close to restaurants, shops, etc. 10 minutes walk from Sheraton Road. Welcoming and kind person on site. Communication with Ahmed is easy and quick. The pool in the building is pleasant. The only thing missing is a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air in the evening. I recommend this apartment!
